How to Find Us
Located in an absolute bush setting on Halls Gap's High Road, the last road before the National Park begins, High Road Haven offers a little Grampians Hideaway for those looking to escape the built environment. Just 1.8km from the centre of town and 2.9km from Lake Bellfield, the house is accessible from Grampians Road and it's shared footpath/bike trail.
Arriving from Stawell or Ararat (Western Highway):
As you approach Halls Gap from the Western Highway (via Stawell or Ararat), you'll travel south along Grampians Road, the main thoroughfare through town. Continue on Grampians Road through the centre of town until you see Silverband Lodge on your right.
You will then take the next right-hand turn onto Silver Springs Road. Continue to the top and then take the 3rd left onto High Road.
High Road Haven is number 46, located on the right-hand side about 100m along the road. Look for the driveway with the big rock at the start of it.
Arriving from Dunkeld (Southern Approach):
If you're arriving from Dunkeld, Warrnambool or the Great Ocean Road you'll be travelling north on Grampians Road. As you enter Halls Gap, continue on Grampians Road until you see the Halls Gap Log Cabins on your right.
You will then take the next left-hand turn onto Silver Springs Road. Continue to the top and then take the 3rd left onto High Road.
During Your Stay

Provided Comforts:
To make your stay comfortable, we've stocked the townhouse with fresh bed linen, plush towels, shower gel, hand soap and a starter supply of Twinings teas and coffee pods for the Lavazza machine. For your convenience, you'll also find basic kitchen supplies, including salt and pepper, and washing up supplies.
Personal Touches:
To allow you to settle in and feel right at home with the comforts you love, don't forget to pack your favorite shampoo and conditioner and your preferred choice of milk and cooking oil. You may also want to bring along some washing detergent if you are planning on using the washing machine.

To ensure you don't forget anything and to help us prepare for our next guests, we kindly ask that you complete a few tasks at check out time, like turning off lights and air conditioning units, removing rubbish and locking all the doors.

Wifi and Connectivity
To ensure you stay connected during your visit, we provide complimentary, high-speed broadband. The password will be included in your welcome email, sent two days before your arrival.
Please note that mobile phone coverage in the Grampians region is generally limited, with Telstra offering the most reliable service, so the NBN is an easy way to stay connected. For your entertainment, all TVs are connected to the internet, allowing you to stream your favourite shows and movies using your own streaming service logins. If using Netflix, scroll to Guest log-in.
We kindly ask that you use the broadband responsibly and refrain from any illegal downloading or misuse of the service.
House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules, which can also be found in our downloadable rental guide and our Guest Book at the property. Key points include no smoking indoors, quiet hours after 11pm and respecting our neighbours.
Enjoy a smoke-free environment:
To ensure the comfort of all our guests and to comply with Victorian law, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the accommodation.
Respectful quiet:
We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours, by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 11:00 PM.
To protect native wildlife, and the maintain the property, no Pets are allowed.
Wildlife safety:
Halls Gap is home to a lot of iconic Australian animals and you'll be able to spot kangaroos, emus, deer and a variety of birds from the balcony. However, for your safety and the well-being of our local wildlife, please refrain from petting, feeding or handling any wild animals that may visit the townhouse. Take care when driving around town, as well, especially at night, as animals may cross the road at any time.

For a smooth check-out and to help us prepare for our next guests, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in leaving the accommodation clean and tidy:
Please dispose of all rubbish in the wheelie bins located outside (red for rubbish and yellow for recycling).
Kindly ensure all air conditioning units and other appliances are switched off.
Please close and secure the balcony doors, by dead locking the door, and lower the blinds.
